David Bear has been working to solve this important problem which affects quality of care and cost.  Beginning the journey in 1995, Dr. Bear utilized telepsychiatry,  incorporating a patented process of remote visualization of medicines in a pill organizer. As digital technology evolved, Dr. Bear and colleagues developed a sophisticated adherence system which reduced hospitalizations by 75% over a 3 month period among Heart Failure patients..
